Flight Planning

All our flight planning is done using Sky Demon and Jeppesen – Flight planning software, which specialises in the African airspace covering all the remote destinations with up-to-date runway and live weather conditions.

Maintenance

Our fleet is tracked electronically using CAMP Systems. This enables us to comply with all the Local and International regulations on time.

We have partnered with the following Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Organizations to maintain our fleet – Corporate Air Maintenance, Zambia, MPT Maintenance, Lanseria Executive Air Zimbabwe

Flight Tracking

Our fleet is equipped with live satellite tracking system – Spider Tracks, which enables flight following by our Operations Department. Spider Tracks gives access to Virtual FDR, real-time aircraft tracking, actionable flight data, and reliable two-way communication for a smarter, safer journey.

External Audits

Corporate Air is regularly audited by registered external flight safety auditors; the last having been done by Litson & Associates.

We also conduct monthly internal quality, safety audits, and meetings to discuss and resolve any quality and safety concerns.

Operational Safety

Our safety meetings are held twice every month. We ensure that any safety concern is addressed during the meetings.
We make use of Air Maestro to track every aircraft defect that has ever been noted. With the use of this system, we are able to get reminders on a weekly basis for certifications and defects that are waiting rectification.
